Pros: Gets your packages to your local Fedex office early, sometimes.
Cons: Most of the time they don't, even if they do, they won't deliver it.
The Bottom Line: Just read the review. Managements at FedEx need an IQ check up.

| labyrinth's Full Review: FedEx Express Saver |
One of the most interesting phenomenon I ever faced in my life is with Fedex. They managed a guideline that's so meaningless and useless, it is as if I have to take off my pants everytime I fart.
I ordered some camera equipments from a company in New York twice, using the Fedex Express Saver option. I live in Washington so I don't blame anything for a slower delivery than usual. The first package got to me in 8 days, with maybe a day's stop over in New Jersey. That was not too bad, considering they only wasted one day with it. However, it is already considered late.
The second time really amused me. The package arrived in my local Fedex office in 3 days. Can you believe it? From NY to Washington, only 3 days! I was impressed by the efficiency and eagerly awaits for my package.
Out comes the amazing.
My package sat in the local Fedex for the next 2 days, yes ladies and gentlemen, 2 FULL days. Call me stupid, but it doesn't make sense to me.
After consulting the customer service, which cut me off before I can finish my question and I had to redial, I got an answer: "Sorry sir, this is supposed to be a Express Saver." So, even if the package arrive early, I have to wait for it to pass the 5 day period.
Federal Express, FedEx, as the name denotes, should be EXPRESS. The word EXPRESS is defined as to send a package or message using a special rapid-delivery service in my dictionary. I certainly don't see anything RAPID about it, neither it is any special. Those guys at FedEx should be going back to college for English 101.
So guys, you know the idea. Whether it is for marketing purposes or whatever other reason, this is downright dumb. I don't care what you say, but I am not satisfied. As an organization, when you have dissatisfied customers, there are problems. From now on, I would stick with UPS. I hope I can use USPS Priority Mail but they never knock on my door. All my thousand dollar packages were left outside my door. That ain't reliable ain't it?
Fedex stinks, except they deliver on Saturday.
