J&R Music and Computer World Online Store
A lovely store that appears crowded yet pretty well organized. The prices are fair and shipping isn't too bad. There's a large selection of name brand product and many categories to select from. I believe a few of the categories will surprise you when you consider the type of store that it is.
About the Store:
J&R Music and Computer World offers many selections from many categories. Some of these are:
Audio, video, cameras, office, movies, music, home products, computers, and software. They even offer certain products to help in your travels!
Some of their major brand store products include these famous names:
Sony Store - Apple Shop - Panasonic Store - JVC Store - Palm Store - Intel Store - Philips Store - Linksys Store - and NetGear Store. (as per copied from their website)
The site is very pretty and themed with blues, black, red, and white. It is organized and easy to navigate through. The search is functional and items are fairly easy to locate. There is a top bar and a side bar that is informative and complete.
J&R Music and Computer World Online Store has a great tracking feature and is simple to operate. You just enter whether it was a web or telephone number, your order number and zip code. It will track it right down for you!
Some of, well, many of the manufacturers that J&R Music and Computer World Online Store features offers free shipping. You will just have to check on the one you are interested in and see if they offer it.
They have list after list of products guides for you to view at your leisure. They offer a free catalog that you can order in your snail mail.
There is an affiliate program offered but as with most affiliate programs, it won't pay much unless you are a large site that has major traffic and click throughs that will be purchasing a significant amount from them.
Be sure to sign up for their e-mail newsletter. Anytime they have specials going on or new products added, they will let you know.
My Experience:
Registering for an account is simple and fast. You will select a user name and password. Then you provide them with your name, e-mail address, shipping address, billing address and phone number. That's it!
The prices are pretty fair. I have ordered music CD's from them and have saved a few bucks. I originally went to them looking for a CD that I was unable to find elsewhere and sure enough, there it was. So, I ordered it. I have since ordered two other CD's and a video.
My order arrived on time. I have received my orders within a week. Most of their product ships within 1 to 2 business days. I have had no problem with shipping.
When you compare prices to other online stores, you will find that on most music and video, they will run a couple of dollars cheaper. The shipping is standard UPS and can count on it being pretty accurate.
My final Thoughts:
I recommend J&R Music and Computer World Online Store and as usual, recommend that you shop around before buying anything at any online store. However, I believe that you will be pleasantly surprised with the prices and service from these people.
