Pros: Cheap Cons: Lousy sound quality
It seems to be an inescapable fact of business life that one will spend an unconscionable amount of time on the phone. As a result, we collect all manner of phone-related accoutrements: headsets, speaker phones, Bluetooth devices, and so on. However, ...

Good little speakerphone
by escape66 ,Feb 03 '08
Pros: inexpensive, small, remote control, full duplex, cute Cons: only for rooms up to 200 sq ft,
A small footprint, sound quality is good to excellent, but if the other party is using a cheap phone you may get annoyed. This is not for a huge conference room, it is only recommended for rooms up to 200 sq ft. I've been using this conference phone for about seven years now and the only thing I've needed to do is replace the remote battery once. It isn't the best speakerphone on the market, but suitable for a small or home office. One great use for it has been when I am put on hold. Turn on the speakerphone and go about your work while you wait.

This phone has been SOLID, and high quality for years
by ruach_echad ,May 16 '05
Pros: Small footprint, Low cost, High quality, Remote Control Cons: Hard to find
We originally purchased this phone refurbished because of its great price as compared to Polycomm with similar capabilities. After using it for two weeks, we quickly ordered another.
The unit has a small footprint because of its vertical design, has great voice quality with its full-duplex speakerphone, and is the only unit I've seen with a full-functional remote-control. In a conference-room setting, this enables the "host" of the call to be in the driver's seat (dialing, mute, etc) even if (s)he can't physically reach the phone.
I highly recommend this unit.
