Pameladugan's Full Review: Lisa Gardner - The Next Accident
This is another book that was very slow to start. It was very hard to keep my concentration trained on reading this book, but once I did, I found that it did have a good story line, though the plot does not have that great a foundation.
This is a book about a man who sets out to destroy the life of another man. He starts with his daughter, and has her killed in what looks like an accident. But her father just can't let it go at that, he thinks that there is something going on. And upon further investigation, finds that the accident was staged, and in fact his daughter was murdered. From there, he goes to find out who did this to him and his family, but he is too late, and soon his ex wife is dead, and he is framed to look like her killer.
From that point on, the father and his daughter are on the run trying to stay safe, and at the same time, trying to find out who this man is. It turns out that he was alot closer then any of them ever imagined.
