Plot Details: This opinion reveals minor details about the movie's plot.
I had always heard of what an epic classic this movie really was, I had heard that it was by far the best movie ever created on the subject of MX. All of this was so true. I picked this movie up on VHS before is was out on DVD, the movie starts out following the ups and downs of the dirt track champion. The movies seems to stress how dangerous and how time consuming his job is. When he is not at the track, he is at how trying to get that extra horsepower out of his bike that will give him the slight advantage over his competitors, thought the champ has a bad season that year the movie really shows how the determination and persistance that goes into being a professional dirt track racer, next the movie moves to someone you have probably all heard of, Malcom Smith. Malcom is older now but still keeps his hands in the MX bussiness with his clothing line MSR and other small things.
The movie shows Malcom in a variety of different events, from motocross, to gncc style races at elsinore, to the hill climb of the widow maker, to the six days enduro in Spain. The special effects aren't that great but you figure this movie was made in the 70's and its a documentary, so to must can't be expected....
This is an epic movie that all motoheads should see...
