I picked this movie up on DVD after seeing a portion of it on TV one Saturday afternoon. One of the best DVD purchases I've made. In fact I don't even ride! I just enjoyed the great narrative dialogue and fantastic cinematography. I have added a lot of concert & music videos to my DVD collection and I would still rate this the funnest viewing experience. If you like Warren Miller's ski videos then you'll love this. Same kind of dry humor & great footage that pulls you into the movie like your there at the events live.
There are also a few bonus items on the disc like an interview with the director and a really neat memorial to the man that footed most of the bill on this movie, Steve McQueen. You'd be surprised how well Steve could ride. All that experience in auto racing transferred to the dirt track so seamlessly for that guy. He could handle any kind of motor sport there was. Don't hesitate picking this one up. Your gonna love it!!!!!!
