I saw this movie because I'm a big fan of Al Pacino and Jamie Foxx; What an awesome combination! Jamie's dramatic skill set is at top performance and he holds his own with Al Pacino. Great cameos by well known football players and LL Cool J, too numerous to mention! The plot is very simple;
3rd string quarterback trying to bring the team to a winning bowl game. Man vs Man; Teams vs. Teams and Quarterback vs Quarterback action!
Very much close to real life myths. True and Sad facts highlighted about groupies and how one's attitude in the game of football can affect an
entire football subculture! This movie blows away Rudy! Loads of action, lots of psychological traits portrayed by Jamie Foxx and Al Pacino.
Great character acting by Cameron Diaz and Ann Margaret. Younger male and younger female audiences(ages 21 to 37) will love the great acting in this film.
Cameron commands a strong female presence in the film, good model for
women in the corporate world! It's a great psychological thriller combined with great visual battle on the game of football.
