Web site was very user friendly,I received a response to my order in less than 30 min.
and as promised I received the tri-pod we ordered the next day. Overall I am extremely pleased with my orders.

I ordered a camera lens from the web page. I received a quick response, the order was filled and shipped quickly. I was kept updated via email as to every step, and its progress. I would recommend Adorama to everyone.

IMHO Adorama is one of the top online sellers around. I have bought used lens, new lens, media, filters, software, and other items from them, as well as selling my older film camera to them and never had a problem.

Purchased a few items from Adorama via their Website. Found the site to be very straight forward and easy to use. All items were in stock and could track the progress of my order at their warehouse from their website (must register with their site). Once the package was shipped, it could be tracked with the UPS tracking numbers provided on their Website and e-mail that they sent to me.

One item arrived broken - sent it back to them, got refunded the money for shipping the product back to them and got a new item returned to me within a week. All with tracking numbers and e-mails from them as well.

Will DEFINITELY buy from them again.

I have purchased many items from Adorama. I have never had anything but good service. I research my products thoroughly prior to ordering so I am able to shop and talk with confidence. The prices are good, the speed of delivery is good and the returns were fine. I will continue to do business with this store.

I have ordered twice (first, light tripod head and a used lense and second, medium tripod head and backpack) within a span of a few months and in both occasions have been hassle free. I received the items in good order and within a short time of my purchase. Ordering online is also fairly easy as their website is well designed. I have not have any occasion to return anything as the pictures of the items they sell are pretty good that you have no doubts as to what you are ordering. I am a very satisfied customer and will not hesitate to recommend Adorama to my friends.

They have an outstanding response to email questions and concerns. I wrote several times and received prompt, courteous responses. I placed an internet order for some Christmas presents, then found out that the recipients already had what I had ordered. I tried to cancel the next day, but the customer service was open only four hours that day, and closed the next two days. It was shipped before customer service opened again. Although I have to refuse delivery and wait for the refund, I was told that I would receive a complete refund on the total cost, including shipping. Based on their cooperation, I will certainly return to their web site for other camera related needs. I would recommend this store to friends.

Totally incompetent staff, I placed my order weeks early to ensure that delivery would fall into or before my desired time-frame.

They never communicated back, e-mails where ignored, eventually several international calls ended up in me canceling the order as I was getting nowhere and the call costs from my side came to +- $ 130.

I have subsequently also found out that they lied about the product specifications after I went to the trouble to contact them by phone to confirm.

Be warned, never deal with these people, disappointment will be yours.

I've placed 5 orders with Adorama over the past year; two via the web and the others by phone. Every order was promptly processed and shipped. The final order was a panicked request for overnight shipping of some parts which were only in stock at Adorama, needed for a wedding the following day, and which arrived early the next morning. Although the customer service people can seem a bit short at times on the phone, they have otherwise been polite and extremely helpful. The used equipment I have purchased was accurately described and the prices reasonable relative to many other vendors. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my purchases and experience and will continue to shop with them.

I received an order confirmation which included UPS tracking information which I didn't have a chance to check because my package arrived very quickly and very complete.
There website is excellent, their prices are great.

It was a very good shopping experience. Although my equipment did not arrive as soon as expected due to holiday shipping, the camera and additional equipment was as expected. The value was excellent and the continuing resources available on their website will be very valuable in the future.

I placed my order with hopes that i could take what i ordered for my fall color shoot trip (paying a ridiculously high shipping charge). The website says they'll ship within 24-48 hours and they'll contact me if they have any issues processing the order.
I get the order confirmation the same day and i call them three days later and the representative said they were shipping it the same day. However, i got the shipping confirmation only the next day(4 days later from when i ordered). I reply the customer service back indicating the issue and they reply me back with information stating i had ordered only the previous day.
I forwarded them the order confirmation email i received from them, but no good answer so far.

Quick delivery, accurate order, just don't expect them to return your emails after they sold something to you. I wrote them at least 3 emails asking about an upgrade to my product and never received a response (yes, I looked in the spam filter). I did not call them, but they should at least be able to respond to emails within one business day. Big thumbs down.

I live in the UK and as you may already know we are overcharged for everything. I am told the new Playstation 3 will be UK125 more than the US price - nearly 250 dollars more!!

So any photo papers, equipment that does not need a UK warranty and all accessories are bought on-line from Adorama. Unless I am in New York of course.

After paying UK Duty & Tax the price works out at about 15-20% less than anywhere in the UK. Delivery in 48 hours is as good as or better than UK delivery from 100 miles away!

So why would anyone in the UK not order from Adorama and have a massive choice, good service, excellent communication and tracking and save money as well!
